IntelBTC is in pre-launch. Paid subscriptions will be available after service information is finalized.
1. Who handles your data?
IntelBTC, registered under number 14717109 in Estonia, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact us about your data using the email below or the Contact form’s personal data category. The operator’s postal details appear in the Terms.
2. Information we use
We use your name, email, protected password, language, time zone and preferences to manage your account. Monitoring records selected public addresses and references, labels, notes, observed movements, alerts and reports. We also process subscription references, payment states, invoices, support messages and information needed to secure sign-ins. Public Bitcoin data can become personal when linked to your account. We never request private keys or recovery phrases.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Account management, monitoring, alerts, reports, chosen sharing and billing perform your contract or respond to pre-contract requests. Accounting records meet applicable legal obligations. Abuse prevention, security and complaints rely on our legitimate interest in a reliable service while respecting your rights. Optional statistics rely on consent, which you can decline or withdraw without losing service access. Required form fields are identified; without them we cannot fulfill the relevant request.
4. Who can access it?
Access is limited to authorized service and support personnel and providers needed for hosting, email and payments. Stripe handles payments; Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal participate when offered and chosen. Bitcoin data partners may receive the public reference being checked, but not your notes or password. People invited to shared workspaces can access tracking placed there. We do not sell your data or share activity with advertisers.
5. Location and transfers
The service’s hosting location is stated in the Terms when confirmed. Payment, email or data providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required by law, transfers must be covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including European standard contractual clauses. Ask our data contact for the current provider list, countries and safeguards. Optional integrations must be enabled only after the operator verifies these conditions.
6. How long is information kept?
Account information is kept while the account is used. History, notification and report retention depends on your plan and is shown on the Plans page. Expired sessions and trusted devices are deleted automatically. Contact messages are kept for up to twelve months after their latest update unless complaints or legal duties require otherwise. Administrative logs are kept for one year; sent email queue entries are removed after seven days. Accounting records held separately by the operator or payment provider follow applicable legal periods. Page speed measurements are retained for thirty days and visitor counters for six months. Backup copies follow their rotation and remain protected until removed.
7. Cookies and privacy choices
Necessary storage supports sign-in and form protection. Theme preference remains in your browser until changed or cleared. Privacy choices are kept for six months. If you ask to stay signed in, a user device may be recognized for up to thirty days; revoke access in Security. Optional statistics, when enabled, count visits to broad sections and measure page speed only after permission, without individual profiles. Change your choice in the footer or Preferences. Declining is as accessible as accepting.
8. Security and privacy limits
We restrict access, protect passwords and encrypt sensitive tracking information stored by the application. You can strengthen sign-in with two-step verification and manage devices. No measure guarantees absolute security. The Bitcoin blockchain is public and independent of IntelBTC: deleting an account does not erase a Bitcoin transaction. Avoid tracking or annotating another person’s data without an appropriate basis, especially in shared workspaces.
9. Your rights
Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Your account offers data export and deletion. Contact us for other requests; proportionate identity verification may be needed. We normally respond within one month, with a reasoned extension where regulations allow.
10. Complaints and changes
You may complain to your data protection authority, including Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon or France’s CNIL. IntelBTC does not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated profiling. Automation supports monitoring and notifications you request. Material policy changes will be announced on the site or through an appropriate channel. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
If you add a passkey, we keep its public verification key, an account reference, its name and usage dates to protect sign-ins. Your fingerprint, face and device unlock code are not sent to IntelBTC. You can remove the key in your security settings.
