1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern access to IntelBTC and its subscriptions. The service monitors public Bitcoin transactions and addresses, provides alerts and briefings, and produces reports where included in your plan. It is intended for adults and businesses. Creating an account or subscribing means accepting the terms presented at that time. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
2. What the service includes
The Plans page states each offer’s price, watch and alert allowances, history period, exports and sharing options. Confirmations, delays and activity changes are detected during periodic checks: alerts are not instantaneous and delivery also depends on your connection, preferences and email service. History covers movements observed since tracking began and may not include every address operation. Fees are estimates and confirmation times cannot be guaranteed.
3. Account and responsible use
Provide accurate information, keep access credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for people you invite to shared workspaces and the information you share with them. Misuse, unauthorized access to others’ data, disruption and unlawful use are prohibited. Never send private keys or recovery phrases. IntelBTC cannot move or recover your bitcoin.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in euros for a monthly period. Checkout shows the total and applicable taxes before confirmation. Indicative conversions elsewhere do not change the billing currency. Available payment methods appear at checkout and may vary by country and device. A specialized provider handles payment; IntelBTC does not store full card numbers. Paid access starts after payment or an expressly offered trial is confirmed. Any discount or trial conditions are shown before ordering.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stop future renewals in the Subscription section by opening subscription management and choosing cancellation. Unless stated otherwise when you request it, access remains available until the paid period ends. Confirmation states the end date. Stopping renewals alone does not refund the current period; withdrawal, conformity and legally required refunds remain protected. Use the contact form if you cannot access your account.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within fourteen days of entering the contract without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal link below or send a clear statement to our contact. Include your name, account email, plan and subscription date. Your request is recorded with a reference and acknowledged by email. Amounts due are refunded through the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving your decision. IntelBTC does not require a general waiver of this right merely because access begins immediately. Additional mandatory local rights prevail.
7. Withdrawal request template
To IntelBTC, using the contact details on this page: I withdraw from the contract for the following subscription: [plan]. Subscription date: [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Request date: [date]. Signature only for a paper letter. This template is optional; any clear statement of your wish to withdraw may be used.
8. Availability and legal guarantees
We maintain the service and address reported faults. Maintenance, connection incidents or Bitcoin network problems may cause interruptions. Service Status shows how recent available data is. These terms do not remove legal guarantees, including applicable conformity rights during continuous supply of a digital service. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request correction, a price reduction or termination. Contact us with the issue and expected outcome.
9. Responsibility and personal decisions
IntelBTC provides monitoring information, not financial, tax or legal advice, and promises no returns. You remain responsible for checking recipients, amounts and transfer conditions in your wallet. Reports are not certified accounts. Our liability is assessed under applicable law and established damage. No exclusion covers intentional wrongdoing, mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Data, content and account closure
The privacy policy explains processing and your rights. Your notes remain yours; you authorize processing only to provide requested features. Original site text, visuals and elements are protected. IntelBTC’s sharing features may be used without publishing another user’s information. Before deleting an account, export needed data and end any active subscription. Deletion removes account usage data, subject to information required for legal obligations or disputes.
11. Changes and suspension
Your order is governed by the terms accepted at subscription. Material changes affecting an existing subscription must be communicated in advance, with the option to stop affected renewals. Temporary technical limits or catalog changes do not retroactively alter an accepted payment. Unpaid invoices, security issues or serious violations may lead to proportionate restrictions, with notice where possible. Outstanding amounts and rights are handled under applicable law.
12. Complaints and applicable law
First send complaints through the Contact form with your account or invoice reference. We will seek an amicable solution. IntelBTC is established in Estonia; Estonian law applies subject to mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of residence. Consumers retain access to competent courts under applicable rules. The European Consumer Centres Network can guide EU cross-border complaints. Any dispute resolution body designated by the operator is listed below when applicable.
